We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will represent clients in complex real estate transactions, litigation, and zoning issues. This role requires deep expertise in real estate law, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
Client Representation: Provide legal representation to clients in a variety of real estate matters, including transactions, litigation, and zoning disputes.
Document Preparation: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate.
Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Litigation: Represent clients in court, prepare legal briefs, and develop litigation strategies for real estate disputes.
Advisory Services: Offer expert legal advice to clients regarding real estate investments, property management, and risk mitigation.
Negotiation: Lead negotiations on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms in real estate transactions and settlements.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys and paralegals within the firm.
Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law years school.
Licensure: Active bar license in the state of New York.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate law, with a strong track record in handling complex real estate transactions and litigation.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple cases and projects with a high degree of professionalism.
Proficiency in legal research and legal database management.
